Fall is in the air and the means it’s time to grab the perfect pumpkin for carving, baking or painting. Check out these these six best pumpkin patches near Houston.

Froberg’s Farm

Froberg’s Farm offers pumpkins and a corn maze, alongside an abundance of interactive opportunities for families and kiddos, including the Bee Coaster, Rubber Duck Race, Mining Sluice and Apple Blaster. The farm’s Fall Festival is a great opportunity for families to enjoy quality time together and pick out the perfect pumpkins this season.

Old MacDonald’s Farm

Old MacDonald’s Farm in Humble is a storybook-themed staple for pumpkins. Welcome in the changing weather and indulge in a variety of activities like pony and train rides, as well as a petting zoo. Photo opportunities and small and medium pumpkins are available for all visitors. Little ones will enjoy a free pumpkin with paid entry. Adults can purchase a pumpkin for themselves or their child for an additional $3.

The Old Time Christmas Tree Farm isn’t only for picking out the best Christmas tree for your home; it’s for grabbing pumpkins to carve and enjoy with your little ones. The family-owned farm has been around since 1996 and sources all of its pumpkins from family farms in North Texas. Choose from a variety of Jack O’ Lantern, pie and mini pumpkins.
