Bella Green: A healthy, Houston family restaurant with a great patio and play space in CityCentre

Bella Green, a restaurant with a few locations in Houston, is a nice mix of having family-friendly food with places for kids to run around, especially at their CityCentre location.

They have healthy, high-quality meals, but also a kids menu that’s sure to please even the pickiest eaters. Their kids menu features things like burgers, grilled cheese, all-natural chicken tenders, and pasta, all served with your choice of sides like sweet potato fries, french fries, quinoa salad, or fresh fruit.

Kids get a fountain drink as well and it’s all for around $7 per meal.

We love the outdoor space at Bella Green

The restaurant boasts a spacious, relaxed patio where parents can unwind and enjoy a meal, while the kids have a blast running around the huge grassy yard right next to the dining area.

Over the years, our kids have played soccer on that field, practiced their cheerleading routines and have met a lot of friends. It’s just a nice way for them to get all of that energy out in a set up that allows you to have a full view of where you can make sure you can see them.

As someone who has visited Bella Green numerous times with my kids, my wife and I love that we can enjoy a grown-up meal with healthy options.

While their beer menu isn’t necessarily healthy, sometimes that’s just what you need with your salad or sandwich. They have basic Texas options like Shiner Bock and local Houston beers like Saint Arnolds collection.

Being in CityCentre offers lots of extra fun

And the fun doesn’t stop with dinner. Bella Green is located in the heart of CityCentre, which means there’s plenty to do once you’ve finished your meal. After dining, treat the family to some ice cream from one of the nearby shops, or head over to the bowling alley for a few rounds of fun.

If you’re in the mood for something more relaxed, catch a movie at the nearby theater, offering plenty of family-friendly options.
